Case Study Of Introduction Of ISO9000 Standard To Hospital

This thesis studies the item of Inducting ISO 9000 Standard to Tianjin First Central Hospital; it puts emphasis on six aspects as follows.Firstly, the thesis clarifies the status of internal and international hospital using ISO9000 standards, then it introduces the structure and three new ideas of the thesis: the medical quality management breakthrough, the medical security management breakthrough, and the vision image breakthrough.Secondly, the thesis briefly introduces the implication of ISO9000 Standard, puts forward basic requirements to the hospital, and the market factors of promoting ISO9000 Standard is mentioned. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes hospital professional features, clarifies the essential implication of ISO Standard to the hospital, and demonstrates the significance of inducting ISO9000 Standard. Fourthly, an in-depth analysis on how to quoting ISO9000 Standard at the hospital is made, it includes: analysis of quality management systems, analysis of management responsibility, analysis of resource management, analysis of production realization, and analysis of measurement and improvement.Then the thesis details the establishment of quality management system at Tianjin First Central Hospital. It introduces the hospital organization; the examples of how to compile on program files; the management of Human Resource and Material Resource; some key problems of hospital quality control system are also discussed. At last, the thesis makes an analysis and assessment from seven aspects to the effects of hospital establishing the quality management system. They are: files management, service management, patient complaint, process management, medical quality management, medical security management and vision image. Using the cover model, the thesis analysis the establishment of case medical quality assessment index. The thesis also gives some good ideas on carrying out quality management systems in the end.
