Study On Extending The First Aid Technic Scope Of Corpsman

First aid is the primary rescue in order to survive the wounded, improve the life condition and prevent the complication during wartime. The purpose is to save the life of the wounded, prolong the life time of the wounded and prepare for further treatment through emergency medical treatment. The time and quality of the first aid closely connected with the life or death and following treatment of the wounded.The scope of medical aid and technical measure of the corpsman in Chinese Army is established according to the War Injuries Cure Regulation of Health Department, GLD, published in September, 1996. The regulation is to some extent not so popularly applied.In recent years, with the development of modern first aid medicine, the implement of New conscription Law and the improvement of the military medical equipment, especially the explicitness of the battle task in main attack direction, weather and how to expand the first aid scope is an important item in wartime medical service research.Directed by the military strategy guide lines, in order to meet the demands of the effective support and the development of the need in the reality and future, based on the quantitive literature investigation and theoretic research, This thesis systematically analyzed the subjective and objective factors influencing the capability of first aid, methods like experts consultation, systematic analyse are used to put forward the new technic cure measures for the corpsman in wartime first aid in the future combat. it is validated through demonstration study, and provided rich theoretic base for the demands of effective support.
