According to recent years research, ShengMai parenteral solution have satisfactory effect on hypovolemic shock and cardiogenic shock, and it also have a function protection on ischemia-refussion organs. At present, there is no report in domestic about ShengMai parenteral solution taking a organ function protection action on infectious shock. So we dynamic estimated the patients serum NO and XOD level in two groups (the treatment group and control group) with the method of nitrate reductase and chemo-chromatometry, and observing the clinical therapeutic efficacy in the two groups; estimating the myocardium enzyme and some markers correlating to liver and renal function to study how did ShengMai parenteral solution take a clinicl therapeutic effect on infectious shock and try to find its poly-organ function protection mechanism, and thereby, trying a new way to care infectious shock.Objective: to research ShengMai parenteral solution protect the organ function and its mechanims in infectious shock resuscitation.Method: Assay infective shock patient blood serum concentration of XOD and NO in ShengMai treatment group(20 case) and routine treatment group(22 case) with the method of chemistry chromatometry and Nitrate reductase. Compare the difference between the two groups. Simultaneously assay all patients serum CK-MB, ALT, AST, ALP, ALB, BUN, CREA concentration in the two groups, and compare the difference between the two groups. To observe the ratio that the mean arterial pressure recoveries to normal level in ShengMai treatment group in the morning in the third day (mean arterial pressure maintenance ≥ 70mmHg without using blood vessel activity drugs ) and compare it with rotine therapy group; to observe the mortality rate of the patients in ShengMai therapy group during the hospitalization time and compare it with routine treatment group. Finally, observe the exist time of the death patients in ShengMai treatment group and compare it with routine treatment group.Result: There is no difference in serum NO level at the hospitalization time and in the first day, but in the third day, there is obvious difference .The serum NO level is obviously lower in ShengMai treatment group than in routine treatment group. There is no difference in serum XOD level at the hospitalization time, but in the first day and the third day, there is obvious difference, the serum XOD level is obviously lower in ShengMai treatment group than in routine treatment group. The treatment result show that the mean arterial pressue and heart rate have not striking difference at the hospitalization time, in the first day and the third day. There are both 10 case improved in two groups, the shock redress time is significant shorter in ShengMai treatment group than in routine treatment group, the difference is obvious. The mortality rate have not difference in the two groups. The mean exist time of the death patients is strikingly longer in ShengMai treatment group than in routine treatment group, there is significant difference in the two groups. There is no difference in all gargets comparing between the two groups at the hospitalization time, but the serum CK-MB, ALT, AST, ALP, BUN, CREA concentration are obviously decreased in the ShengMai treatment group comparing with routine treatment group in the first and the third day. There is no difference in serum ALB concentration comparing between the two groups at the hospitalization time and in the first and the third day. Discussion : ShengMai parenteral solution have been confirmated have organ function protection action in the treatment of hypovolemic shock and cardiogenic shock. At present, there is no report in domestic about ShengMai parenteral solution taking a organ function protection action on infectious shock.
