The Research On The Effect Of XiaoYaoShuKun Decoction On The Immunity And Blood Rheology Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:To explore the effect of XiaoYaoShuKun Decoction on the immunity and blood rheology of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods:Sixty patients were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the control group. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment. Meanwhile blood rheology?the levels of CD4?CD8 of the blood plasma, the levels of TNF? IL-2 of the blood serum were measured. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is significantly different (P<0.05). The total sign and symptom of the treatment group and the control group is significantly different (P<0. 05). After treatment by XiaoYaoShuKun Decoction, the indexes of blood rheology were significantly decreased (P<0.05).the levels of CD4?CD4/CD8 and IL-2 in blood are improved,while the levels of CDs and TNF in blood are decreased (P<0.05).Conc l us ions:XiaoYaoShuKun Decoction is an effective recipe in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The effect may be achieved by improving the blood rheology andrectifying the immunity dysfunction.
