object Studies the structure of herb-medicine prescription and the rule of herb-medicine using in TCM surgery .method By combining researching methods of TCM view with documental statistics of modern herb-medicine prescription in TCM surgery with the Samples of other basic herb-medicine prescriptions from contemporary well-known TCM doctors in clinical practice. We also analyses the pathogenic factors of TCM surgical disease syndrome in(General Treatise on the Etiology and Symptomsology) , and Studies a lot of Well-known TCM works , (Huangdi's Classic on Medicine)(Canon) (Orthodox Manual of Surgery) (Complete works of diagnosis and Treatment) , and (Dersmatologist's experimence ) ,to demonstrate the pathogenic views and disease pathology of surgical diseases in various TCM schools .Results 1 CM surgical herb-medicine prescription as a whole, showed us following significant structural characteristics and herb-medicine-using rulesConclusion Herb-medicine prescription is multi-structural characteristic with relieving stagnation, dispersing stasis, nursing, as well as permoting flow ; Emphasizing herb-medicine-using rules of promoting blood circulation, qi movement and phlegm dissipation ; softening the hard lumps and dispelling nodes; warming-thoroughly and lifting- up; expelling wind-evil and isolating damp-evil; invigorating the spleen and protecting stomach, and so on.; The herb-medicineprescriptions combined differentiating symptoms of contemporary famous TCM doctors with solidifying herb-medicine usage; The pathogenic view that TCM surgical diseases mainly caused by complex-multi-factors, the pathological progressing laws between stagnation of blood circulation by cola-evil and transforming into fire , and the coherency between structures of rules of herb-medicine use.
