Research on brain function is among the most interesting in all life science subjects and one of the most challenges in natural science. Due to deriving the EEG data but having no hurt to human, research on electrical activity in brain is the focus. The research of inverse problem of brain electricity is involving the subjects such as calculation electromagnetic field theory, living things medical science engineering and informatics etc, and more and more attaching importance to the international academics. The research will possess the important effect at the aspect that explores the feeling of man, cognition course and nerve disease diagnosis etc .The present study was based on the project of school pre-research.In this paper, the methods for solving the EEG Inverse problem are investigated in details and the research work is focused on the following several aspects:(1) Giving four dipoles on the cortex and according to the sphere model to calculate the potentials on the scalp.(2) According to the result last step to derivate the potentials on the cortex (inverse problem).(3) To the ellipsoid model solve the forward problem and inverse problem.(4) The simulation software based on the C++ Builder and Matlab had been developed.
