Effects Of Labor Stress On Delivery

Objective To study the effects of labor stress .Method I have recently carried out a study of 152 healthy primiparas at 37-42 weeks' gestation, the size of pelvic and the situation of fatus is nature, and assume the weight of the fatus range 2500-4000g, prepare for vaginal delivery ,by means of SAS, STAI, LES, EPQ and HAMA scales. It is separated three groups by the level of labor stress. The stage and manner of labor, Apgar score , the postpartum hemorrhage , the intensity of uterine constraction were compared with three groups.Result It is significant difference in the stage of labor , the intensity of uterus shrink, the cesarean section and the vaginal delivery frequency among three groups.Conclusion Labor stress has an important influence on delivery. Enhancement of the pregnant women' knowledge level, provide the psychological nursing can help them go over the delivery period successfully.
