Objective: A M38-A scheme was used to to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of clinical isolates and to validate the (NCCLS) M38-A scheme, to filtrate suitable drugs in the southeast coastland army.Method: To determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) with the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) approved standard broth microdilution method (M38-A). Result: All the 8 kinds of drugs were sensitive to the isolates. The MIC was: Miconazole 0.789ug/ml, Econazole0.246ug/ml, Clotrimazole0.136ug/ml, Ketoconazole 0.498ug/ml, Bifonazole 0.461ug/ml, Ciclopirox 0.412ug/ml, Terbinafine 0.014ug/ml, Butenafine 0.020ug/ml.
