Then it comes out in nerve distributed area with different extent sense obstacle, vegetal nerve function obstacle and even motorial function obstacle. Cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome is a frequent clinical disease which has existed for a long time but has not caused enough recognition. It is a chronic ingravescence process, It' s main symptoms are local ache and sensorial abnormity .local muscle' s tension but not body' s movement obstacle. It' s pathological changes positon is flat though sometimes its syndromes are complicated. Cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome' s pathologies are intricate and its remedies are multiplicate. The paper discusses its pathogenies, pathologies, symptoms and different treatments. The sword-like needle therapy is a simple and effectual treatment which gains ground these years.By observing clinical potency , the paper mostly discusses the sword-like needle therapy' s effectiveness in treating cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of the waist and buttock.objectives: To improve the treatment method for cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of the waist and buttock, the relation between the symptoms, physical signs, clinical examinations of cutaneous nerve entrapment and its clinical effect. Methods: The sword-like needle therapy was employed to the patient with cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of the waist and buttock, the patients' symptoms, physical signs , clinical examinations were analyzed and the clinical effect were evaluated. The affected side compares with the normal side, and the data after therapy compares with the data before therapy. By statistical analysis, investigate the relation between the syndromes, physical signs, clinical examinations of cutaneous nerve entrapment and its curativeeffect.Result: The sword-like needle therapy is very effective to cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of the waist and buttock. Curative ratio is 81. 7%, effective rate is 95%, improvement rate is 98.3%, unvalid rate is 1.7 %. The soft tissue tensions of affected side are greater than that of...
