Studies On Tongue Image Collection And Correllation Between Sublingual Veins And Hemorrheology

As a simple and convenient diagnostic method,Inspection of Sublingual Veins(ISV) and taditional rear tongue examination supplements each other.In current years,Researches on Standardization of Tongue Examination(RSTE) made much breakthrough.Tongue collection is the most fundamental and important step.which decides the quality of RSTE.There are many factors that affect the quality of tongue image collection,however,previous researches focus on light sources,especially on standard light sources.Few researcher is involved in systemic analysis of all factors.We work on systemic analysis of all factors that would affect the quality of tongue image collection,including light sources,surroudings,digital camera(DC),color space,ect.The following presents the result:1.Systemic analysis of all factors that would affect the quality of tongue image collection 1.1 Light sources1.1.1 Natural light- Traditional illumination situation of tongue examination,its color tempeature and luminance are unstable.It is not the suitable light source of RSTE.1.1.2 Fluorescent lamp, vicarious light sources of natural light,is unstable and high on the scale of color tempeature and low on the scale of luminance,which is also not the suitable light source of RSTE.1.1.3 The image collection surroundings that most reseacher appllied is too rigorous and hard to popularize.1.1.4 To avoid alternating current affecting the color temperature and luminance of light sources,we suggest the use of DC(direct current)light sources.To avoid the light sources increasing the temperature of tongue body ,and changing its circulation and subsequently changing the color of tonge body and the humility of tongue fur.1.2.Darkroom We prove the feasibility of setting up darkroom in ward.
