| Objective To explore the correlation between AM and pulmonary tumor and study diagnostic value of combined detection of AM, CYFRA211, NSE and CEA in Differentiation Lung Cancer from Pulmonary Tuberculosis,to prove the experimental basis of diagnosis and treatment of them .Method The levels of AM, CYFRA211, NSE and CEA in pulmonary tumor ,pulmonary tuberculosis and normal contral group were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA)Results (1)The level of AM (98.46 ±29.28ng/ml) in the plasma of patients afflicted with lung cancer was higher than that in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (61.46 + 19.57 ng/ml) and normal contrals (40.22±8.23 ng/ml) ,there was markedly statistical significance among them (P<0.01). The level of AM in the plasma of patients afflicted with small cell carcinoma was lower than that in the plasma of patients with lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05) .There was no difference in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (P>0.05) .A positive correlation existed between the level of AM in the plasma of patients afflict with lung cancer and the stage of this disease (P<0.05) .The levels of CYFRA211, NSE, CEA in patients with lung cancer were higher than those in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and normal contrals (P<0.01) ,but there were no difference in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and normal contrals (P>0.05) .The level of CYFRA211 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in patients afflicted with small cell carcinoma (P<0.05 ) .The level of NSE in patients with small cell carcinoma was higher than that in patients with non-small cell carcinoma (P<0.05) .The level of CEA in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was the highest in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma (P<0.01) . The levels of CYFRA211, NSE, CEA in patients with lung cancer increased by the different stage of I -IV,there was significiant difference among them (P<0.01) . |
