The Significance Of Vaginal Microecological Balance For Therapy Of Bacterial Vaginosis

Objective: To study the value of the Maintenance of the state of Endovaginal microecological balance to therapy the bacterial vaginosis Methods: Based on the standard of Amsel, 32 patients (among these patients 2 were losed) who were diagnosed for bacterial vaginosis were divided into 4 groups according to the section-random project . The patients of experiment group 1 should put one LactobaciUi capsule in their vaginas every night before going to bed for 10 days. The patients of experiment group 2 should put one LactobaciUi capsule and one tablet of metronidazole in their vaginas every night before going to bed for 10 days. The patients of experiment group 3 should put one tablet of metronidazole in their vaginas every night before going to bed for 5 days and then in the lasting 5 days put one LactobaciUi capsule in their vaginas every night before going to bed. The patients of experiment group 4 should put one tablet of metronidazole in their vaginas every night before going to bed for 10 days.
