Research Of Active Biochip System

Biochip technology has received much more attention around the world in recent years. Biochip can be divided into two types including passive biochip and active biochip. The passive biochip is the most popular one used in research and clinic test presently. But this type of biochip has some disadvantages such as more subjective disturbances in the process of fabrication and detection; difficult to standardization; uncontrollable biochemical reaction condition and process; low efficiency; poor reproducibility and accuracy of the result. To solve these problems existing in passive biochip system, some active biochips have been developed.
