In order to promote the study and usage of EOW, we designed the EOW machine, especially through changing and regulating some electrolyzed components of 5 different electrobaths( I , II ,III,IV,V) like different electrodes, membrane, electrodes distance, NaCl density, to investigate the generation mechanism and influential factors of acidic electrolyzed water.After set several groups by different EOW preservation methods as preserve in 18°C air, preserve in 18°C bottle, preserve in 18°C bottle without light for 12h,24h,3d,7d,15d,we measure the PH,ORP and available chlorine values changes of EOW to research their germicidal result(suspension test) and their stability .In disinfection test, we study the EOW of different ORP and PH value in killing ATCC9372 efficacy and observe EOW (ORP880mv,PH4.2, available chlorine 80mg/L) germicidal result of staphylococcus aureus &large intestine bacillus.In clinic test, hospital atmosphere germicidal observation is done by setting control group, 1% peracetic acid group, ultraviolet radiation group, EOW group.Results: Titanic iridium electrodes corrosion is lower than pure titanium electrodes. Polythene membrane isn't effective in electrolysis. The distance between electrodes has influenced the result, the nearer the distance, the better the electrolysis. The NaCl density is another influential factor. It shows that electrodes, distance, membrane, NaCl density are four effective factors in acidic water electrolysis.It is showed that measurement in different preservation condition and different time, the EOW values fluctuate most in preserve in 18°C air. The values of preserve in 18°C bottle, preserve in 18°C bottle without light for 12h, 24h, 3d, 7d, 15d are more stable. Little change in 15 days. Puting EOW in 45°C for 10d appears that ORP drops, PH rises;The exact time becomes longer in killing 99.9% large intestine bacillus (suspension test) from 0.25min to lmin. It displays that different preservation condition and time period influences EOW value and germicidal action.It is shows that in 18°C, germicidal efficacy and killing time will slow down according to rising PH and droping ORP in disinfection test. In 20min, EOW (>PH4.2, ORP880) can kill 100% ATCC9372, but just need 30s to kill 100% staphylococcus aureus &large intestine bacillus.The clinic test appears that killing rate of 1% peracetic acid is 89.18%, but is not stable for preservation. 30min ultraviolet radiation group is 73.85% killing rate. But the uncomfortable smell and poisonous material ultraviolet radiation and 1% peracetic acid produced is harmful...
