AIM: To explore the risk factors for early rejection after renaltransplantation and to search for indicators to evaluate the risk oftransplantation.METHOD: The relationship of age, sex, dialysis time, history oftransplantation, transfusion, pregnancy, cold ischemic time, hotischemic time , panel-reactive antibody levels , number ofdonor-recipient HLA mismatches and immunosuppression therapy withearly rejection after operation were analyzed in 395 cases.RESULTS: panel-reactive antibody levels and HLA mismatching wererelated to the early rejection in term of the single factor and multi-factoranalysis.CONCLUTION: panel-reactive antibody levels and HLA mismatchingare the main risk factors related to early rejection; renal transplantrecipients treated with CsA, MMF and Pred, meanwhile rapidlyreducing Pred were not increased the frequency of acute rejection in theearly period.
