ObjectiveTo observe the effects of remifentanil on attenuating responses to tracheal extubation.Method48 ASA I — II female patients undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly allocated into four groups of 12 patients each. Group I and II received different dosage of remifentanil , group III as a control group, group IV received tramadol. About 10 minutes before the end of surgery, group IV received tramadol with a dose of 2mg ? kg"1 by intravenous infusion. At the end of surgery, remifentanil was given in group I and II respectively at the rate of 0.05μg· kg~-1·min~-1 and 0.1μg·kg~-1·min~-1 by intravenous continuous infusion, and was ended at the time of extubation. Group III received nothing. The changes of hemodynamics (MAP, HR and RPP), HRV (LF, HF and LF/HF), the recovering time of spontaneous breathing, opening the eyes and extubation, side-effects such as bucking and restlessness were recorded at the time point of aspirating sputum, extubation, and 1, 5, 10 minutes after extubation.ResultCompared with that before induction, in group III the data of MAP, HR,...
