Parkinson's disease(PD) is a progressive disease that often generants in extrapyramidal system of wrinklys or old folks. It's cardinal symptoms are rigidity, resting tremor and bradykinesia. It's pathological changes are mostly in black substance, corpus striatum and globus pallidus. The incidence rate of PD is 0.1% in the whole people, 1% in people upwords of 65 years old and 6.1% in people upwards 90 years old. Along with the average age of the society is getting older, the incidence rate, sickness rate and deformity rate of PD are getting higher year after year. The pathogeny of PD is still unknown up to present, so there is no radical cure against it. As a result, PD is a big compromise of living quality and longevity of wrinklys or old folks. There are twosurgical treatments of PD: derogation and DBS. DBS is more safer because it can mult-target cure and its treatment is reversible. But DBS is too expensive and its improvements against some symptoms are not so good as expected. After years of research, scholars find that there are Chaos in the discharge of neuros. So it has the characteristic of Chaos such as sensitive to the initial states, bifurcation and attract point. All these prompt us that if we can analyse out the electrophysiologic characteristic of the basal ganglion, we maybe can get some new findings of the pathogenesis of PD, and it can give us some new ideas to treat it. This research mainly analysed some thalamic discharge of PD.ObjectiveThere are many difficulties of the treatments of PD. The traditional medicine therapy can only control the symptoms in a period and its effects are not so good in the end. The surgical treatment is more dangerous and its ultimate effects are also disappointed. DBS is perhaps the most effective means to treat PD, but its price is too high. In recent years, many scholars try to find the breaking point of the treatment. As a part of the research, this experiment's objective is to analyse the electrophysiologic characteristic of thalamic discharge of PD and find its basic characteristic of Chaos.
