Therapeutic Evaluation For The MODS Patients Treated With The Compound Of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du-Tang

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the MODS patients treated with the compound of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du-Tang.Methods: By reviewing the case history of 30 MODS patients From April 2002 to April 2005 in ICU of No. 1 Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, divided into 2 groups in term of treated with the compound of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du-Tang or not . then summarized the mortality of both groups.Results: according to the statistical result data, the mortality of the MODS patients treated with the compound of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du-Tang and regular therapy is lower than those regular therapy only (P<0. 05).Conclusions: To treating the MODS patients with the compound of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du-Tang can reduce the mortality of the MODS patients.
