Object To explore the hepatic expression of scavenger receptor BI (SRBU) on hyperlipidmia group) and Simvastatin treatmentment group.Method Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats, weight 180 ± 20g,were randomly assigned to three groups There were no significant differences between groups.Nortnal group led with common rodent feedstruff, hypercholesterolemia control group (control group) fed with hypercholesterole feedstruff, Simvastatin treatment group (treatment group) fed with hypercholesterole feedstruff.and at the same time Simvastatin(5mg/kg/d) affused the stomach.altogether eight wceks. Then fasted twelve hours and anacsthesed, collected blood samples for lipid checking, took out livers for freezing tissue slices, reacted with HRP signed highdensity lipoprotein 3 (HDL3) without apoprotein E,dyed with DAB,analysed with computer imaging system. Results (t)Thcrc was significant difference between normal group and hyperlipidmia group on lipid level(p<0.01),there was significant difference between control group and treatment group as well(p<0.01).(2)Through light microscope we could see blue uneven distributive karyon and brown granule. Through twenty times light microscope we observed ; there was the least brown granule on normal group, there was the most brown granule on control group, and treatment group was between the two groups. Analysed with computer imaging system, on control group there was more masculine grey score area than normal group(p<0.001),and on treatment group there was just as the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The expression of the level of hepatic scavenger receptor Bl increased in hyperlipidmia, Simvastatin can not increase them.
