There are many fakes in the traditional ferment technology of Shenqu, especially the severe quality problem like Aflatoxin. In this research according to the common problem in fermenting technology of Shenqu at present ,whith combined the fermenting method in traditional processing with modern bio-technology to study the modern fermenting technology. It took TLC and activity of Amylase and Protease as standard to make sure the proper mateial. 2 species of bacteria and 2 species of mildew were isolated from the Shenqu. To change the traditional ferment technology into the modern pure specie ferment technology is feasible. A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of the content of artemisinin in artemisia annua. A high performance liquid chromatography was deceloped for the determinatiom of the content of amygdalin in kernal.
