Clinical And Experimental Research On The Effect Of Qingchang Mixture On Enterogenic Endotoxin And Serum Motiline Of Acute Diffuse Peritonitis

Objective: To observe the effect of Qingchang Mixture on enterogenic endotoxin and serum motiline of acute diffuse peritonitis . Methods: 1 .In the clinical part of this research, The experimental people were randomly divided into 2 groups:(l).normal treated group,(2). Qingchang Mixture treated group through nasal feeding or enema.2.The acute diffuse peritonitis model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of zmosan in rats. The experimental rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: (1) 0.9%NS treated group, (2)Dachengqi Tang treated group. (3) Qingchang Mixture treated group. Result: 1. the clinical result shows exact and satisfactory curative effect. The total effective rate reach 90.91%, which is much better than the contrasting group by traditional routine treatment. Serum endotoxin and motiline in peripheral has notable difference(P<0.05).2.The experimental research finds serum endotoxin and motiline in peripheral and serum endotoxin in portal vein has notable difference in three groups(p<0.05).Conclusion: Chinese Medicine Qingchang Mixture could promote organism to secrete motilin, accelerate intestinal peristalsis and drainage of poisonous substance in intestines, alleviate endotomemia and inhibit endotoxin from damaging organs and tissues of all the body.
