The stress reaction caused by surgical operation includes thechanges of nerve, endocrine, metabolism and immunity system, itdirect influence the disease prognosis and turn to return, if not behandled properly will take place the serious result. therefore, thestress reaction aroused by surgical operation is already andincreasingly valued by people. In resent years, many articles andresearch discuss the influence of anesthesia to stress reaction fromthe angle of nerve, endocrine, metabolism and immunity. This textfrom the angle of endocrine, choosing the patients who scheduledfor uterectory as the object of observation, and choosing ET andTXA2 as observation item, to observe the influence to the organismstress reaction of epidural and general two different anesthesiamethods, and discuss its clinic meaning so as to choose reasonableanesthesia method to contral the stress reaction.Choose 20 patients who scheduled for uterectory, ASA I~ IIclass, since to have no endocrine, blood and cardiovascular syestemdiseases. This patients is divided into epidural and generalgroups,each ten examples.The epidural group use 0.75%Levobupivacaine Hydrochloride Injection as inducer. The generalgroup induced by propofol, diazepam , vecuronium and fentanyl.monitor ECG, SBP, DBP, MAP, HR and SPO2 . Different time inanaesthesia T0, T1, T2,T3 take vein blood 7 mls, record the SBP,DBP, MAP, HR, SPO2 value at the same time. The ET ,TXB2 alladopts the emanation immunity method measurement. We sign upthe data with X ±S and analyze these data with statistics methods.Comparring these data each other,we did not find obvious change,ifP>0.05. The epidural group the ex-self-conscious symptom is little,the patients are not suffer from obvious pain. There is little changeof stress reaction caused by anxious before operation. The epiduralanesthesia blocks the sympathetic nerves to conduct harmfulstimulation,it can relieve pain well and led to good musclerelaxation.so epidural anesthesia has little influnce on patient'sblood plasma level of ET. It indicates that effective epiduralanesthesia can inhibite the stress reaction greatly. The general group induced by propofol, the blood plasma ETlevel obvious descent, hint general anesthesia following propofoladministration can not only prevent ET from production,dut alsoattenuate effect of ET , and can reduce cardiovascular stressreaction during introperative. Although blood plasma ET level isrising during the operation,and reaches the peak at the end of theoperation,it still be lower than the level before operation hint thecompound anaesthesia should arouse the reaction slightly. The blood plasma TXB2 obviously descent after epiduralanesthesia. On the one hand, 0.75% levobupivacaine hydrochlorideinjection can prevent TXB2 from production, on the other hand,epidural anesthesia blocks the sympathetic nerves, attenuates theblood platelets activate or come together. The concentration ofblood plasma TXB2 at the end of the operation is lower than thelevel before operation, hints the epidural anesthesia is better than...
