Cancer seriously threatens our lives and health. Medicine treatment is one of the three ways of therapy. In recent years, as further recognition of cancer's origination and development, anti-cancer drugs are no longer merely one of the kind of cell-toxin drugs that target the nucleic acid and its components, and new drugs that affect in different ways emerge. The techniques and methods of development have been improved around the world, the development of the effective drugs known to us features as low risk, low complexity, and high efficiency, but, also not very effective. At present, the resources of foliageous drugs are also highly regarded. Potential exploiture,low toxicity,light reaction of badness, and provide special structure of more perfect drug of contriving, such may be precursor of new drug of explored, even and all kinds of extraction of foliageous drugs have different pharmacology effect, some become preventable medicine, some become therapeutical medicine and its mechanism. Substantial evidence indicates that filtration of anti-mutation, anti-promote cancer is feasible method, which has been built since 1970s. The purpose of this research is to apply experimental animal of Homeric small mice carry on anti-cancer active filtration in vivo and to observe growth inhibition of Hela cell in vitro for investigating Trapabispinosd roxb anticancer activity, it provide a theoretical foundation for exploring new medicine. Animal Experiment in vivo We select mice liver tumor (Hep-A-22) to inject lag of mice and feed medicine by lavage for 10days according to anti-cancer program, observing its weigh of tumor growth, accounting it volume of inhabiting tumor rate. furthermore, taking the gland and spleen to weigh, making it to divide it each of avoirdupois as index number, the results were expressed as Statistic disposal to determine to effect of mice immune foundation. 2.Study on the proliferation characteristics of the Hela cell Hela cell is a kinds of great potential of multi-proliferation cell that study on its status of the proliferation for learn test its growth according to stuff of biology and its characteristic of cell cycle distribution. 3.Anti-cancer effect of compound I abstract from Trapabispinosd Roxb Growth inhibition was measured by MTT assessed, the morphological changes of Hela cells induced by extraction of Trapabispinosd roxb were observed under phase contrast microscope and transmission electronic microscope cell division cycle distribution, apoptosis influenced was determined by flow cytometry, preliminary study on its mechanism. Results Experimental results in vivo indicate that extraction may obviously inhibittumor growth of tumour-bearing mice, inhibiting rate is 44.62%, there is significant difference (P<0.05) compared with control group, inhibiting rate is correspond positive control (5-FU) in vivo. Extraction do not affect growth of mice weight. But, the mice weight obviously descend in positive control group, which indicates that the toxicity of extraction is lower than 5-FU. Immunology indexs indicate that thymus and spleen of mice group effect by extraction is not obviously, is not significant difference compared with positive control, indicating that it have not immunosuppressive action, maybe enhance organism immunity. Inhibiting tumor in vitro indicate that extraction have directly lethal effect to tumor cell. There is statistical significance compared with control group. Tumor celluar membrance is to break, some became rounding, some is shrinking treated by extraction that observed by inverted microscope. Chondriosome cavitating ect of apoptosis phenomenon. It indicates that distribution of cell cycle effected by extraction by flow cytometry and have typical peak of G1-time to appear. Experimental results indicated that it induced Hela cell to apoptosis and inhibiting cell growth. Conclusions 1. The crude extraction of Trapabispinosd roxb inhibiting mice liver tumor (Hep-A-22 cell) growth, it provides that Trapabispinosd roxb has effect of anti-cancer in vivo and can not restrain immune system of mice obviously. 2. The research indicates that compound I abstracted from Trapabispinosd roxb has an evident inhibitory effect against the proliferation and inductive effect to apoptosis of Hela cell in vitro.
