Objectives By the investgating of the activated platelet and platelet-derived microparticles (PDMP), the changes of the activated platelet and PDMP in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) were discussed and two different treatments(percutaneous coronary intervention and only medication)which impact on PDMP and ACS were analyzed. Methods 96 patients with coronary heart disease by coronary artery angiography (including 31 patients with stable angina pectoris, 39 patients with unstable angina pectoris, 26 patients with acute miocardial infarction) and 20 patients served as control subjects. 65patients with ACS, peripheral venous blood samples were obtained before and 3,7 days after treatment by PCI or only medication, the rate of the activated platelet and PDMP were determined by flow cytometry respectively. CD62P-FITC monoclonal antibody was used to label activated platelet and CD42a-PE monoclonal antibody was used to label PDMP. All parameters were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. Rusults 1.Activated platelet (CD62P) closely correlated with PDMP (CD42a). 2.With the devoplment of disease from stable angina pectoris to unstable angina pectoris to acute miocardial infarction, the rate of CD62P and CD42a is generally increasing, there is not different significantly between stable angina pectoris and normals (P>0.05) . CD62P and CD42a were significantly elevated among patients with ACS compared to non-ACS. 3.After PCI, the rate of CD62P and CD42a significantly decrease in the patients with acute coronary syndrom (acute miocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris), and then there is not different significantly...
