Objective: 1. To investigate the expressions of death receptors (DR4, DR5)and decoy receptors (DcR1,DcR2) of TRAIL in carcinoma of endometrium.2. To study the inhibition action of TRAIL on the Ishikawa human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell lines that cultured in vitro.3. To assay the inhibiting Combining of TRAIL with chemotherapeutic drug, cisplatin and DOX on Ishikawa human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line,,Methods: 1. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was applied to assay mRNA positive expressions of the receptors of TRAIL in 20 cases of normal endometrium tissues, 20 cases of carcinoma of endometrium and the adjacent tissues companied with tumor tissues.2. Ishikawa human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell lines were treated with rhTRAIL, c-DDP, DOX respectively or in combination with each other for 24h, cell viabilities and apoptotic inhibitory proteins were determined by MTT.3.
