Objective:Investigate the therapeutic effects of small molecular peptide CMS-T2 and its therapeutic mechanisms. Methods:1. Investigate CMS-T2's effect on damaged hepatocyte obtained by semi-in situ digestion with 0.05% coIlagenaseâ…£ by MTT assay and investigate LDH leaked by the damaged hepatocyte ;investgate the effect of CMS-T2 on the proliferation of NIH-3T3 with MTT assay.2. 10%CCl4 was injected ip once to establish rat acute liver-injuried model, and investigate the effect of CMS-T2 on ALT and AST in the serum of acute-liver-injuried rat, and liver pathological damage was studied. 10%CCl4 was injected ip for 12 times to establish rat chronic-liver-injuried model, and investigate the effect of CMS-T2 on ALT, AST and Hyp in the serum of chronic liver-injuried rat, and liver pathological damage was studied too. Model of rat cirrhosis of liver was established by CCl4 and ethanol; then investigate the effect of CMS-T2 on ALT and AST in the serum of the model rat, and Hyp in the serum and tissue of the rat, liver pathological damage was studied .3. Investigate CMS-T2's effect on cell proliferation of HSC-T6 with MTT assay, and Hyp in the cultured medium of the cell. And study the apoptosis of the cellinduced by CMS-T2 Result:1. 0.6mmol/L H2O2 could lower the growth of hepatocyte in one hour as well asstep-up of LDH in the cultured medium of the cell injuried by H2O2, and CMS-T2(1,10ug/ml) could restrain the effect on hepatocyte damaged by H2O2.
