Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Through studying the impact of Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol on liver CYP450 and its reproduction toxicity,we can discuss its functionary mechanicsm to bring into assisting and its reproduction toxicity. Method:1. Using spectrophotometric method to study the impact of Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol on the content of rats, liver CYP450 .2. Using Real Time RT-PCR method to study the impact of Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol on the content of rats, liver CYP3A1.3 . Using three segment reproduction toxicity experimentations to study thereproduction toxicity of Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol. Results:1. Two 0.3g/kg groups of Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol can abduct the content of rats, liver CYP450 to rise (P<0.05) .2. Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol can abduct the expression of rats, liver CYP3A1 to rise (P<0.05) .3. The male rats, fertility rate of Synthetic Borneol high dosage group is lower thanthe normal contrasting group (P<0.05) and the male rats, weight of this high dosage group is descended during the medicine (P<0.05) .4. Comparing Every natural borneol group and Synthetic Borneol group with the normal contrasting group , all of their conception rate ,absorbed foetus and stillborn foetus rate , living child rate don,t have a significant difference (P> 0.05) .5. The growth index from the 1st, 21st ,28th day when the foetus are borned of Synthetic Borneol high dosage group is lower than the same term normal contrasting group (P<0.05) .6.
