In the present, coronary heart disease is severely threatening our health and life, the people, who suffered from coronary heart disease in developed country, have overrun the death of cancer, it is 27.4% of all death. Including the death of cerebral hemorrhage, the death rate will be higher than the artery blood thick. The main reason caused the disease is sterol superscale in our blood vessel, so we must limit to edible the high sterol food. In this research, I degraded the cholesterol by comamonas testosteroni (strain:c.tesM+act5, c.test+tac,c.test) that can digest sterol, and screened the conditions of degrading the sterol. The results were summarized as following:1. By researching the inducement hours, the pH of cultural medium, the inducement temperature, the volume of cultural medium, which affected the activity of degrading cholesterol, it was found that its effect was higher in the inducement hours, the pH of cultural medium and the inducement temperature, the volume of cultural medium had some effects too. So screening the best inducement hour was 14h, the best pH was 7.0, the best inducement temperature was 30°C, the best volume of cultural medium was 50ml of 250ml bottle. On the basis of screening conditions of degrading cholesterol above, taking count of the active bacterial on diluted flat, the diluent degree was 10-7,10-8,10-9,On the same culture condition, the active bacterial number of c.test+act5 was 1.275 × 108, c.test+tac was 0.824 × 108, c. test was 0.300×108.2.
