Objective To probe the characteristics of molecular epidemiology under the implementation of DOTS strategy in tuberculosis, to make sure the pravenlence and incidence of tuberculosis in the research post, as well as to know the comprehensive effect of tuberculosis control in terms of the case-finding, register, treatment and management. Conclusion The study of the characteristics of molecular epidemiology under the implementation of DOTS strategy in tuberculosis has made successfully experience in aspects of evaluation and survey, and then give the promotion, direction,adjustment and alertness to the continuative implementation of DOTS strategy, the comprohensive effect of tuberculosis control has been avaliable.
