Objective : To research functional status of outer hair cell of diabetic by otoacoustic emissions instrument which was set up by ideal parameter.Method: To search amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emissions of subclinical diabetic group and control group by otoacoustic emissions instrument which was set up by idal parameter protocol.Result: Amplittude of distortion product otoacoustic emissions in diabetic group which was damaged by a long period of high blood sugar state , was lower than that in the control group .Conclusoin: Tha alteration of function of outer hair cell can be detected in diabetic by distortion product otoacoustic emissions .
