Theory Research Of Training Health Professional For Grass Roots Troop In Military Medical University

Health care is developing rapidly in the 21st century. Community health care system, which mainly serves to grass roots, is setting up and became the key issue in the reform of the globe health care. Community and society are all important sociologic conceptions. A society is a group of people living or working together. A community is a group of people living in the same locality and under the same government. Community is a kind of system, composes of six parts, which are community population, a specific region, community activity, social relationship, community culture and community establishments. Community based health care is health care service in the community, which is the first contact care in the health delivery systems. The difference of community health care and general health care is that community health care serves the community population. Community general practice is the best way for community health care service. To realize community health care service, the general practice physician needs qualified knowledge and skills for providing community general practice or general practice in the community. Army is a large group of people organized and trained for a specific cause and land warfare. Army community has two basic characteristics of community, so in some way, we can treat army as specific community. Health care service in the army grass roots has basic characters of community general practice or general practice in the community. So health care in the army grass roots can learn from community general practice. Health professional in the army grass roots come from military medical universities or colleges. The teaching plan and teaching activities in the military medical university are directly influence the quality of army health professional in the army grass roots. In order to solve the problems, the project uses literature review, expert consultation, questionnaire and contrast research methods to research following problems, ①development of grass roots health care, ②status and trends of army grass roots health care service, ③qualification of health care professional in the army grass roots, and ④teaching plan in the military medical universities. The purpose of the study is to improve the quality of health care professional in the army grass roots, and to improve the level of health care service in the army grass roots. In order to know the qualification of army health care professional in army grass roots, we distributed several questionnaires, which are the questionnaire of the 20 front diseases in army grass roots, the questionnaire of specific diseases in army grass roots, the questionnaire of knowledge and skill of army health professional, work achievement and academic score distribution relationship. We researched the problems in the military hospital and clinic located in logistic health department of the thirteen, fourteen group army, and Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Xizang army grass roots. We also compared the teaching plan of the military medical university with that of in Capital Medical University, Beijing Medical University and Tianjing Medical University. The results show that: ①Modern health care system is based on primary health care system, community general practice is its foundation. ②Enhance the grass roots health care system in military will help to develop the grass roots health care for army troops. ③The health professional in military grass roots should be trained with 54 required courses and 25 elective courses. ④The knowledge of health professional can not meet the health care needs in military grass roots. ⑤The teaching plan and teaching activities reflect on the lack of the knowledge in military health care professional. According to the research, the results show that: 1. Community based health care system is regarded as the most ideal health care system through 40 years health care development in both China and abroad. 2. Military grass roots health care systems development will help to enhance primary health care in military grass roots. 3. Health care in military grass roots need the military general physicians. To set up a program for training military general physicians will improve the quality of community health care in military grass roots. 4. Military medical universities should set up a program for training military generalphysicians. 5. The method of training military general physicians in medical universities is post-graduated education. 6. There is a need of further research to develop the teaching plan and teaching settings for training post-graduated military general physicians.
