Statistical Analysis Of Autopsy In 126 Cases Of Sudden Death

Objective: The sudden-death (SD) is belong to unexpectable, non-traumatic and non-suicidal suddenly death. To study all of the different factores, including the cause, characteristics, SD disease distribution caused by unclear reasons, sex, age, folk, profession, diurnal and seasonal variation of SD, and so on, to provide essencial science theory for quickly and confirmed diagnosis, prevention and treatment, fully cognition of SD in the basic hospital of Yanbian.Methods: 1556 cases of autopsy from 1950 to 2005 at the department of pathology, Yanbian University College of Medicine were selected, in which it was retrospectively analyzed in 126 case of the SD that the cause, characteristics, SD disease distribution caused by unclear reasons, sex, age, folk, profession, diurnal and seasonal variation, and so on.Results: The results showed that cardiovascular system diseases were the most common diseases (56/126), followed by digestive system diseases and central nerve system diseases. The SD male (76.98%) was significantly higher than the SD female (23.02%, x ~2=10.053, P<0.05), and the incidence of SD was no different between the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality. It was found that the high-risk population of SD was from 36 to 60 years old, and the suffererof SCD took on the younger direction. The diurnal fastigium of SD was between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and the seasonal variation fastigium of SD was in winter. In recently, the digestive system diseases presented the increased direction, especially the acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis was more obvious. The reason was the consanguineous relation of ill habit, and more drinking was the main inducement. Analysis from the distributing of profession, the labor was more easy to happen SD. Conclusion:(1) Suddern-death male is more obviously than female, and there was no difference between the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality.(2) Suddern-death rate caused by acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis is increasing, and many of suddern-death takes place at night.(3) Suddern-death is more easy to happen in winter, and therefore cold climate is one of affecting the SD risk factors.(4) Scientific and exact autopsy of pathology and forensic medicine not omly could ascertain the death cause, enrich and develop the diagnosis and treatment of clinical science, but also has great importance for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment level and correctly identifing medical tangle.
