Study On The Quality Control System Of Standardized Specialist Training

This research is based on the reality of our country and aims at the developing trend of international medical education. Firstly, current status of Chinese standardized resident training is analyzed and is compared with five main developed countries in western world. Several important problems have been identified in building the quality control system in China. Secondly, the framework of the quality control system is provided on the basis of theoretical research and status analysis. By the means of interviews of experts, the quality control system of standardized specialist training is constructed preliminarily. Thirdly, after the use of Delphi method, the system is greatly improved in scientificalness, rationality, and feasibility. At the end of the article, the uncertain factors of the research and problems that need further explorations are discussed.
