Clinical Study On Combination Treatment Of Jibi Decoction And Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Through Bladder Meridian On Back To Active Period Of AS

To explore the new combination treatment of internal treatment and external treatment to active period of Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), this study, on the ground of basic theory and clinical observation, combined the treatments of TCM—Jibi decoction and Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian on back. 70 cases were divided into 3 groups according to different treatments. They were single Yibi decoction group, single Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian on back and the combination group that contained JIbi decoction and Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian on back. Looking into the change of symptom and laboratory examination after respective treatment, the study showed that the curative effects of combination group were superior to other two groups. We drawed the conclusion that the combination treatment had a better curative effect to AS. According to modern medicine, TCM pharmacology and modern analyse to meridian, the combination treatment exert effect to active period of AS through various aspects likely such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, ease pain, modulating immune function and ameliorate blood circumstance.
