Objective:To explore the clinical value in the variation law among BGP,CT,PTH andβ2-MG in serum of 30 patients with CRF between LFHD and HFHD groups. Methods: Thirty cases of chronic hemodialysis patients were divided into high-flux hemodialysis group (n=12) and low-flux hemodialysis group (n=18),they were followed up for 4 weeks .The high-flux polysulphone dialyzer with an area of 1.3m and ultrafiltration coefficient of 40 ml/ (h.mmHg) was used in the HFHD group ,while the low-flux common dialyzer with an area of 1.3m2 and ultrafiltration coefficient of 5.5 ml/ (h.mmHg) was used in the LFHD group. The variation among BGP,CT,PTH , β2-MG and Scr were analysed by testing their levels in serum of CRF patients with RIA; Comparing between LFHD and HFHD. Results:the levels of BGP,PTH , β2-MG and Scr in serum of patients with CRF were higher than those of the controls (P< 0.05) ,but the level of CT was very lower than that of the controls (P< 0.01) ;The level of β2 -MG,BGP,PTH in patients with CRF in HFHD group in post-hemodialysis was very lower than those in ante-hemodialysis (P< 0.05) ,but the level of β2-MG was higher than those in ante-hemodialysis in LFHD group (P< 0.05 ) ;The level of CT was no variation in patients with CRF between HFHD and LFHD group. The symptoms (shin pitch, arthralgia, muscle spasm and so on) of the patients in HFHD group were significantly improved. The levels of PTH and β2-MG were markedly reduced when post-dialysis and 4 weeks after dialysis comparing to those of pre-dialysis (P< 0.05) .
