Objective To study the value of 12 tumormarkers in protein chip system for multi- tumor detection in the diagnosis of the primary liver cancer. Discovery of serum protein fingerprinting coupled with a biomarker-matching algorithm distinguishes liver cancer from healthy people. Methods 1, HD-2001A biochip detector was used to measure the content of serum multi-tumour signs of 24 liver cancer patients and 24 normal persons.2, U.S.A. CipherGen Company IMAC3 (Immobilized Metal Affinity Capture) chips and protein chips equipment were used to measure relative content of serum protein of 24 liver cancer patients and 56 normal persons. Results 1, Result show through multi-index association measure, 18 of 24 patients of liver cancer have tumour mark positive example, the sensitivity was elevated from 62.5% that determined by AFP single index to 75%. 2. We find that from 3500Da to 12000Da six protein content have remarkable differences between patients and normal persons. Analysed by Biomarker Pattern software, 24 liver cancer patients can be divided into groups correctly with 4801 Da protein and 56 normal persons are discerned correctly, the rate of accuracy is 100% (80/80), the sensitivity and peculiar is respectively 100% (24/24), 100% (56/56). Conclusion 1,The result of the study indicates that compared with traditional AFP single index, sensitivity of multi-tumour chips joint measure rises greatly.2,Liver cancer can be quickly and exactly diagnosed by seldi method with high sensitivity and specificity. The protein of 4801 Da discovered in the study may be the peculiar albumen to liver cancer and has a bright future in clinical practice.
