Application Of Glucocorticoid Of Large Dose During Extracorporeal Circulation

Objective : To investigate the number of CEO during extracorporeal circulation perioperative period. At the same time to investigate applications occurred .To observe that if methylprednisolone can relieve the inflammatory injury. To supply evidence for applying this medicine in cardiovascular surgery.Method: Twenty patients with congenital heart disease undergone heart surgery were randomly devided into two groups: treated group and control group.In treated group, patients were treated with methylprednisolone (30mg/kg) . Investigate the number of CEC. All the data were analysized with statistics.Results : The CEC of two groups after CPB were all obviously higher than that before operation.The difference between them has statistical significance. There were statistically significant differences of CEC between the two groups after CPB.Conclusion : Methylprednisolone of large dose has anti-inflammation effect, and it can obviously improve the function of cardiovascular and improve the patient.
