[Objective]To observe the relation of Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis' s syndrome differ classification and the spectrum enzymes, and then judge effection of clinic.[Methods] CPK, AST of 20 pat ients was investigated by method of HUAXUEBISE and LDH was used ZIWAIPINGGUOSUANTUOQINGMEI, and differ their classification syndrome in the same time;We analyzed clinical data retrospectively of 78 patients with PM/DM, di ffer classification syndrome by their clinical characters and laboratory or retrospect their classification. observe the relation of Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis' s syndrome differ classification and the spectrum enzymes.[Results] 1, The AST, LDH, CPK had a very significantly difference by compared ReDu-group patients with Hanshi-group, Normal- group (P<0. 01) ,2, The patient' s LDH in ReDu-group , Hanshi-group and their AST, CPK were higher than its in Xusun- group (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.05) ;3, The AST, LDH, CPK had a very significantly difference by compared Hanshi-group patients with Normal-group (P<0. 01) ;4, The LDH in Xusun-group was higher than its in Normal- group (P<0. 05) ,but no difference by compared the AST, CPK. [Conclusions] 1, The spectrum enzymes was more increased than its in Normal group which it was in differ classification of all patients;2, They varied in differ classification and had a regulation: Redu group> Hanshi- group> Xusun- group> Normal- group.
