The Clinical Research And Experiment On Heart Vas Protection Mechanism Of Compound Baoyuan Decoction On Coronary Heart Disease Of Menopaus

Objective To explore the effects of Compound Baoyuan Decoction on the estrogen, lipomatebolism, hemorheology, vasocontracting and vasorelaxing factors of menopausal patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method 168 menopausal women with CHD were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group in witch 86 patients were included was given Fufang Baoyuan decoction (made from prepared rhizome of rehmannia, white peony, angelica, medlar, roots of kudzu vine, root of red-rooted salvia, anemarrhena asphodeloides bunge and liquorice), 200ml once , once daily for 3 months. 82 for the comparing group cured by Veinian twice monthly, 2.5mg once,lasted for 3 months.Determine the level of FSH, E2, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C,apoA, apoB, hemorheological index, ET and NO of two groups befor and after treatment. Simultanouesly 90 female 15 months-old mice were invided into three groups,which includes high dosage group,low dosage group and comparing group ,with 30 mice every group.The mice in each group had been treated for 3 months.The effect of the changes of their vagine,uterus,tissue formation and estrongen was obtained. Results Aferter the treatment, the levels of the two menopausal women groups, FSH, TC, TG, LDL-C, apoB, hemorheological feature, ET were decreasd distingctly (p<0.05 or p<0.01), the value of E2, HDL-C, apoA, NO were decreasing distingctly(p<0.05 or p<0.01). The effect of the therapeutic group is better than the comparing group in increasing the levels of HDL-C,apoA,NO. (p<0.05 or p<0.01).The comparing group isetter than the therapeutic group in decreasing the levels of FSH and in increasing the levels of E2. The Compound Baoyuan Decoction can obviously increase the weight of mice,s vagine and womb, mitigate or reverse mice,s wombs atrophy, increase E2 value in mouse serum(p<0.01), reduce luteal resultant (LH) and progesterone (p) value ,both therapeutic group is better than The comparing group. Conclusion Compound Baoyuan Decoction has the mild estrogen-like effect.It can increase the estrogen levels of menopausal women with CHD, improve the lipometabolism, decrease the blood viscosity, regulate the vasocontricting and vasodilating factor effectively, and reverse or prevent the menopausal women suffer from CHD. The experiment proves that the Compound Baoyuan Decoction can regulate the level of old mice,s estrogen, stay their reproductive system,s degeneration, and provide the experimental basis for developing new medicine of natural estrongen.
