Objective: To investigate the variety of electrolyte in infants with bronchiolitis, the correlation between electrolyte and condition. Methods: (1) 78 cases of bronchiolitis infants were divided into slight group and severe group, serum sodium ion, potassium ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion, chlorine ion concentration were respectively examinated and made contrast and analysis. (2) Give every infants a clinic score (Dobson score)and made correlative analysis to Dobson score and electrolyte value. Results: (1) Infants with bronchiolitis had polyelectrolyte disorders. (2) Every kind of electrolyte had a negative correlation with Dobson score(P<0.01). (3) Electrolyte of the severe group were lower than the slight group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Electrolyte disorders were common in infants with bronchiolitis, the Electrolyte disorders were correlative with condition, the more severe of condition, the more obvious of electrolyte disorders.
