The Effects Of Tiaozhiyin Treatment On Platele Activity And Fibrinolytic Activity In Patient With Combined Hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate, the effects of lipid-lowering therapy with Tiaozhiyin on serum Lipid lever,GMP-140 concentration,t-PA activity and PAI activity.Methods Sixty patients with combined Hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into therapy group treated with Tiaozhiyin and contrast group with zhibituo, The changes of clinical features and signs were written down in time, routine test of blood, urine and the dung, liver function, renal function were examined respectively before treated and when the study would be finished. In addition, we test and analyze the serum lipid level,GMP-140 concentration,t-PA activity and PAI activity to observe their change.Results (1) Comparing with the contrast group , the therapy group of the total effective rate of ischemic stroke and TCM syndromes were both 93.3%, which were superior than those in contrast group(P<0.05). (2) The change of serum lipid level, which were superior in therapy group to those in control group (P<0.05). (3) For reducing GMP-140 concentration, they were the same on both groups (4) Comparing with contrast group, changes of PAI-1 activity in therapy group were statistically different(P<0.05), but the change of t-PA activity was not improved in both groups. (5) No side reaction was found during this study .Conclusion (1) Tiaozhiyin can reduce serum lipid.
