Nowadays,Ischemic heart disease is a kind of common and recurrent disease which endangers people's health seriously. Especially, the searchers increasingly pay more attention to Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) because it worsen the patient's condition and cause higher mortality rate .Early myocardial reperfusion is the optimal and active means in AMI therapy. There are mainly three means : thrombolysis, percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). CABG is only accepted when thrombolysis and PCI defeated as CABG cause more serious trauma and need more complex technologies .In the last ten years, with intervention instruments improvement and intervention technique maturity gradually ,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) development dramatically, which has become an important revascularization means of ischemic heart disease. Compared with thrombolytic therapy, direct PCI possess higher reperfusion rate, lower restenosis rate and fewer hemorrhage complication rate. However, reperfusion "prime time window" is extremely transient , generally definited within 2~ 3h after appearance of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) symptom[13], patients can benefit from it mostly whose aim is to retrieve cardiac muscle. Of course,...
