With the development of mordern technology, humang being's recognition to his body and diseases becomes deep step by step. This kind of progress relys on the development of manufacture and electron idustry. The most important one is the improvement of the medical treatment equipment, both on the quality and the quantity.the doctor examined the patients with the appraturs overall to make the final diagnosis, which conclude the type and characters of the disease. In recent twenty years ,the theories and methods of HRV become mature gradully. Most of the patients and doctors approve this kind of new examination because it is an no-hurt method. However,it is still insufficient to be the golden detection index.Aim :to explore an compatible HRV analytical system for basical experiment to provide a significant enviroment for fundamental research. The first part of the paper is the introduction. Retrospect and summary the history of HRV analysis. The concept of HRV is the tiny fluctuation between the normal beats of heart. In our healthy people still exist this kind of variability. It is similar to the cardiac reserve(CR).The adaption to the changed enviroment are good when the CR is adequate.Likewise, the more greater of the HRV,the more stronger ability he will has to the changed enviroment. The level of the HRV reflect the regulation function of ANS. For example, under the codition of cardiovessel event as arrhythmic individal with the reduced HRV faced to the higher risk than healthy body.It counts on the enhance of the sympathesis regulation and the weakness of parasympathesis regulation. The balance are interrupt and this condition leads to the occurance of arrhythmia. It is no doubt that the HRV is the effective method to predict the incident of arrhythmia.
