Retrospectively analyse the diagnosis and treatment of 100cases those were comfirmed by pathological diagnosis , including 29with subacute thyroiditis(SAT)and 71 with hashimoto thyroiditis(HT),since 2000 to 2005. 68 cases had been diagnosed asHashimoto's thyroiditis. 10 cases had been diagnosed as nodulargoiter .5cases had been diagnosed as hyperthyroidism .10 cases withnodulars had been doubted about thyroid cancer .4 cases had beendiagnosed as thyroid cancer .
