| With the development of living level and change of dietetic structure, the incidence of a fatty liver was increased continually. Early diagnosis, prevention and cure are gotten attention by current medicine scientists. There is no significant early clinic symptom in fatty liver (25% liver fibrosis incidence and 1.5%-8% change rate of hepatocirrhosis).For simple, convenient, credible, woundless features did ultrasonic detection have, it become the best method for early diagnosis. Chinese traditional medicine is adopted to treat fatty liver, and there is little report about ultrasonic detection and overall analysis of systems and signs of TCM. The paper aimed to investigate the relationship between different extent of fatty liver and symptoms and signs of TCM, the distribution of detected population of different extent, systems and signs of fatty liver, and ultrasonic and blood-fat recovery after cure. Comparing with control, it laid the foundations of diagnosis and TCM usage. 329 patients were from clinic hospital of College of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to diagnosis standard, 3 grade groups were divided in 329 patients. Blood-fat and liver function in empty were detected. Moreover, according to diagnosis standard of overall analysis of systems and signs of TCM, 3 grade groups were also divided. Based on results of detection and clinic symptom, different recipes were adopted. The period of treatment was 3 months. After 1 period of treatment, curative effect was detected, c onsulting 400 patient cases of anamnesis (patients of control taken ganzhicongji),under the direct principle of new drug of TCM. The distribution of different extent of fatty liver and symptoms and signs are different. There was certain relation between fatty liver and symptoms and signs of TCM. The increased extent of TG and ALT was different in subject before treatment, and became more serious with development of fatty liver. The extent of TG and ALT was different in subject after treatment, and there was difference between different symptoms and signs of TCM. Curative effect of subject group was significantly better than that of control group. Fatty liver is a common disease in ultrasonic diagnosis. Because of excellent permeation of ultrasonic wave in adipose tissue, and unique feature of picture, a typical fatty liver displays a little bit enlargement of liver, blunt edge, tiny dots of echo, etc. Consequently, it is easy to detect. Hoe to determine the extent of fatty liver affects the selection of treatment protocol. 3 grades (low-grade, medium-grade, and high-grade) were divided by shape, edge, membrane, dot desity. 3 grades (Ganqiyuzhi, Tanshizuse, and Tanyuzuluo) were divided, according to TCM principle. There was certain association between ultrasonic results and symptoms od TCM. Low-grade fatty liver accounted for Ganqiyuzhi symptom mainly (82.29%). Medium-grade fatty liver accounted for Tanshizuse symptom mainly (80.80%). High-grade fatty liver accounted forTanyuzuluo symptom mainly (65.78%). There is positive relation between fatty liver extent and TG level in serum. ALT activity increases with the development of disease, maybe because of metabolic obstacle of liver in high-grade patients. But there is normal level of blood-fat in partial low and medium grade patients. High-grade blood-fat is one of inducible factors of fatty liver. The increased ALT activity means fatty liver became serious. The symptom, sign, results of ultrasonic and lab detection in 3 grade patients (divided according to TCM principle) make it. Overall effective rate was 93.92% in subject group; however, the rate was 85.75% in control group. Among these subject patients, 67 cases were cured, 168 cases were gotten significant effect, 74 cases were in effect. But among these controlt patients, 58 cases were cured, 162 cases were gotten significant effect, 123 cases were in effect. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.005). According to ultrasonic detection results, low-grade accounted for 52.28%, medium-grade accounted for 37.69%, and high-grade accounted for 10.03%. According to symptoms of TCM, Ganqiyuzhi accounted for 58.36%, Tanshizuse accounted for 30.09%, and Tanyuzuluo accounted for 11.55%. There was certain relationship between symptoms of TCM and ultrasonic detection results. Low-grade consisted of Ganqiyuzhi mainly (82.29%), medium-grade consisted of Tanshizuse mainly (80.80%), high-grade consisted of Tanshizuse mainly (65.78%)Combining symptoms of TCM and ultrasonic detection results, the better curative effect is able to obtain, and the overall effective rate in subject group is much higher than that in control group(P<0.005). |
