| Objective: To research the effect and safety of anesthesia undergoing gastroscopy for improving the manipulation and eliminating patient's fear. Methods: Forty patients were in test group, each one was given them propofol and fentanyl citrate.Meantime the patients in control group was not given anesthesia intravenously during gastroscopic inspect. Then the patient's response BP HR and SpO2.Feeling of the patients were questioned.Result: Compared with control group, side effect of patient, including salivate nausea vomit uneasiness and cough were reduced in test group. The felling that difficult to abide and comfortless decreased significantly(P<0.05) .The patients were comfortable and would like to accept gastroscopy again.SBP in the test group was (126.8±18.4) mmHg and(115.8±16.4) mmHg before and during examination respectively , there is statistic significance (P<0.05) .DBP was decreased, but there is no statistic significance (P>0.05) .SBP in the control group was (112.8±12.5) mmHg and (122.6±16.8) mmHg before and during examination, there is statistic significance (P<0.05) .DBP in control group was (65.3±9.6) mmHg and(70.9±10.3) mmHg respectively, there is statistic significance (P<0.05 ) .HR in control group was (74.0±6.5) cp/min and (82.5±9.9) cp/min before and during examination respectively, there is statistic significance (P<0.05) . There was not significant difference in SpO2 proceeding time and ratesuccess between two groups. Conclusion: Gastroscopy can achieve effective painless comfortable and safe efficacy combined with propofol and fentanyl citrate. |
