Taking the marketing strategy of the Wuhan No.5 Hospital as investigation objects, according to the medical reform in China and the current situations of the medical treatment resources distribution as well as its trade characteristics in Wuhan region, by theories and means of hospital administration, marketing, economics, management innovation science, clinical medicine as well as behavioral science and so on, the thesis expounds some ideas and suggestions on the set-up of marketing plan on the Wuhan No.5 Hospital. It is divided into four parts:Firstly, it expounds and analyses the present operation situation, introduces and evaluates some traditional concepts on hospital marketing as well as advances the new patient satisfaction-oriented marketing concept.Secondly, according to the No.5 Hospital's conditions and market environment, exerting the SWOT analysis method, the thesis works out the corresponding competition strategy on the basis of the analysis of the hospital's strategy positioning.Thirdly, it discusses whether it is necessary for the No.5 Hospital to set up its marketing organization and the functions of other related organizations.Then, it poses some suggestions on the rational arrangement of the hospital's business combination and the price strategy.Lastly, the thesis analyses and probes the specific tactics through which the marketing strategy plan can be carried out smoothly such as marketing strategy alliance , marketing communication strategy as well as community medical treatment development .
