| Objective: To investigate the therapeutic value of hysteroscopy oncornual pregnancy.Methods: From June 1999 to December 2004, 15 unruptured cornualpregnancy patients with curettage failure under B-ulterasonographyguidance were operated by hysteroscopy.Results: 14 patients were performed once via hysteroscopy orhysteroscopy assisted,and 1 patient twice. Of all patients, 4 cases withintrauterine adhesion or septate uterus were cured, and no complication .Conclusion: Hysteroscopy can definitude the diagnosis of unrupturedcorneal pregnancy,in the same time, can find other intrauterinediseases.It is safe and efficient for hysteroscopy to treat unrupturedcornual pregnancy with curettage failure,and also cure other intrauterine diseases.B-ulterasonography is a available method of monitor. |
