| ObjectiveTo investigate the reflexion to nerve fiber branch and corticospinal tract on the plane of cerebral peduncle which was involved in the primary advanced glio-ma with diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) references.Methods13 patients with inner brain tumor underwent conventional MR , DTI examinations and enhanced examination before surgery and without any therapy. . All these 13 patients were proved to be primary advanced glioma . (2 patients with medulloblastoma, 1 patient with glioblastoma multiforme, 2 patients with oligo-dendrogliola, 8 patients of anaplastic astrocytoma ). Test the ADC values and FA values of the peri - tumor edema, anterior and posterior limb of internal capsule, corona radiata , corticospinal tract both was involved in the focus and normal cerebral on the other side,and undergo the statistic analysis. Results:The FA values was obviously decreased in the involved peri - tumor edema, posterior limb of internal capsule, corona radiata compared with the normal side, but the ADC values was increased, there is obviously different of FA values . there is no different of ADC values and FA values between involved anterior limb of internal capsule and the other side. The FA value was slightly decreased in involved corticospinal tract compared with the other side, while there was not change in ADC values.ResultsThe FA values was obviously decreased in the involved peri - tumor edema, posterior limb of internal capsule, corona radiata compared with the normal side,but the ADC values was increased, there is obviously different of FA values . there is no different of ADC values and FA values between involved anterior limb of internal capsule and the other side.
