PrefaceGap junctions are cell membrane protein channels composed of connexin proteins,which belong to multigene family. These channels connect the cytoplas-mic compartments of adjacent cells and allow exchange of small molecules and e-lectrons between the cells, thereby providing a pathway for direct intercellular communication. Gap junctions provid low resistance channel between myocardial cell to coordinate with one accord. At present there is no research about express and disposition of connexin proteins in Myocardial Sleeve of coronary sinus. This text research express and disposition of Cx43 , C45 in human coronary sinus, thereby offer hidtology proof about coronary sinus participate AVNRT slow way electric potential and produce impulsion independently.Materials and MethodsWe get coronary sinus of seven ( resourse of china medical of university of medicolegal compartment ). Sample is preserved in low temperature. All samples were stored under 4% PFA. Sample is routine paraffin imbeddinged after dehydration , transparent , immerse wax. Sample is to HE dyeing, to detect Cx43, Cx45,α - actin,α - actinin with SABC. Continuous distribution measurement data is demonstrated with mean ± S. D. All statistics analyses are completed by SPSS package.ResultsMacroscopic observationg find right antrum myocaudium extend to coronarysinus like sleeves, muscles is thick in CSO ,that change thin accompany course of blood vessels. The length of muscles is 21 -35mm(25. 86 ±4. 52). Thickness of muscles is 0. 2 — 1.7mm. The length have nothing to do with the thickness.We find expression of a - actinin in all sample sleeve muscles and nearby muscles,but no find expression of a — actin by immunohistochemistry. Cx43 expression degree is higher Cx45 around myocardium, but no find obvious expression of Cx43 in sleeve muscles of conorany sinus. In opposite expression of Cx45 is fewer Cx43 around myocardium, but we can find xpression of Cx45.DiscussionThe research find sleeve muscles in coronary sinus that extend 21 —35 mm (25.86 ± 4. 52 ). The muscles is thick in CSO that change thin accompany course of blood vessels, he length have nothing to do with the thickness. There are expression of a — actinin but no expression of a - actin. That illustrate the sleeve muscles are striated muscle tissues. There are not Cx43 expression in coronary sinus sleeve muscles, but there are Cx45 expression, that illustrate the construction and conductivity of coronary sinus sleeve muscles are weaker than SVC NPV and ordinary heart working cells. Thereby offer hidtology proof about coronary sinus participate AVNRT slow way electric potentian.Former research have confirm that coronary sinus can produce impulsion independently. This research find there isnot expression of Cx43,that is resemble to nodal cell. That offer hidtology proof that coronary sinus produce impulsion independently.ConclusionsThis article describe anatomy and hidtology feature of coronary sinus. We find abundant sleeve muscles around coronary sinus that express a - actinin but no a - actin. That illustrate the sleeve muscles are striated muscle tissues. The difference is not finding Cx43 in coronary sinus sleeve muscles compare to SVC, PV. That illustrate conductions and contractions of coronary sinus are weaker.Thereby it offer hidtology proof about coronary sinus participate AVNRT slow way electric potential. Otherwise no expression of Cx43 is resemble to nodal cell, that offer hidtology proof about producing impulsion independently.
